Return & Refund

Return is accepted within 45 days after the buyer's receiving the item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, how you paid, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and fro ).
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your order. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:
1. How do I exchange items?
We only allow to exchange or return within 15 days after you place your order (or order delivered in 3 days) to avoid vicious exchanges and returns. Custom-Made items can not be exchanged or returned.The best way to arrange for an exchange is to Contact Our Staff who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order and send your detailed measurements, such as bust, waist and hip to Our Staff.So we can give you some advice. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. 
2. Can I get a refund?
You will be eligible for a refund claim within 45 days from the date you placed your order(or order delivered in 3 days). For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 10% re-stocking fee. This applies ONLY for normal size items purchased at Stylishcn retail website. Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion or Custom-Made Items and the shipping fee are NOT eligible for cash refunds.For the best arrangement, please contact our staff to serve your return request
3.Why do I have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee for refunds?
This is a store policy set by management. We need to charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing. 
4. Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to
In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you.
